Everyone at Audi Cape Cod was outstanding from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better customer service experience. This was our second vehicle from Audi Cape Cod and there is a reason for that! Incredible job.

Cape Cod Audi is an excellent dealership with a great service department. My check engine light came on at 56,000 miles and they did the smoke test and figured out the evap hose was cracked. In order to replace it they had to remove the intake manifold. My problem is with Audi for making this part replacement so problematic. And for a hose that lasted only 3 years. It made a simple $200 repair cost $1100.

I was very pleased with my latest service. I had warranty service done and it was very effectively coordinated by Matt including the loaner car. Overall the staff was very professional and courteous. The dealership has an obvious focus on caring for it's customers.

From the first encounter with Service Rep (Matt) everything was smooth sailing! Told me what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and if there was anything they could get for me. They even kept me updated on a Tornado Warning (YES!!!!) that happened while I was there. Matt knew I was a little nervous and offered to let me go downstairs to a safe area for a little bit.
