I chose Brandon Pavlakis as my sales rep based upon his awesome reviews and I’m happy to say he surpassed expectations! He is extremely knowledgeable about the various models we test drove. Pricing was fair and he worked hard to close the sale. His help after the sale was equally impressive especially explaining the infotainment system. Audi's service staff is consistently high quality - friendly, personable, informative, helpful and prompt. I've brought my car in with small issues and the staff is always attentive and helpful. The price for an oil change is high, however.

The car was all ready when we arrived for the test drive. Allen went over all aspects of the car in detail and addressed all my questions and concerns. Kara was excellent in coordinating all financial aspects of car buying and whenever I had questions, answered my calls promptly. We got a fair deal and ended up buying the 2018 Audi Q7.
