"Another awesome experience" I brought my car in for the Permaplate application after leasing the car 2 weeks earlier. I had a new-to-be service tech this time and Jake was extremely informative and helpful. The whole process of turning the car over was quick and getting my courtesy car was also quick. Jake called to let me know the car was finished and I picked it up. Quick and easy.
"Good with reservation" Brought my 2 day old Q5 in for clear bra application. Great staff, friendly and attentive. Worked with Edward Swift who was informed and informative. There is a small bubble on the hood which is of some concern to me at this time but I was assured it would go away in a few days. I'll have no issues when it is resolved either on its own or by bringing the car back for reapplication.
"Routine Service" I called to set up routine service for my Q 5 and got right in within days. Service was efficient and done quickly. I was given a loaner car, which made it the easier.
