"35K mile service" Dropping off the vehicle and getting a loaner for the day was fast, easy and efficient. I was called later in the day regarding a warranty issue, or lack of warranty actually....very disappointing that a luxury brand like Audi only warrants it's trim work for 12 mo / 12K miles when most vehicles are 36 mo + bumper-to-bumper. "85,000 mile service extraordinaire " I went in for the 85,000 mi service. The service managers looked back on the 75,000 mi service to see if everything had been done correctly and found they had missed a key service. They added that part to the 85,000 service. They had the car done a little earlier than promised.
"Service" As always, very impressed with the Audi Wilsonville Service Department. I brought my car in for service on a Thursday, and had business travel that next week. Brian in the Service Department is and has always been so helpful and kind. He made sure I had my car back in time for my travel schedule and communicated with me each step of the way. I drive a little over an hour to have my car serviced there, and it is well worth it every time. Thank you Brian, and all of the Service team!

"2016 New Q5 TDI Purchase" I purchased a new 2016 Q5 TDI from Audi Wilsonville on March 28th 2018. The sales representative Brion Thomas was extremely patient and helpful during the negotiation process, promptly addressing my many concerns regarding purchasing one the dealership's "fixed" diesels, such as the Audi 10 year extended emissions warranty.
