"Exactly what I wanted from a service visit..." Quick, efficient, clean, comfortable, kind service. I was greeted with a smile, the lounge and the rest of the facility was very comfortable, and I had at least 5 people say "have a great day" when I left....it's the little touches that count. Great job.
"New Car first need for service." This was a recall for my 2 month old Q5. Got a service appointment on on-llne for the next day- impressive. The work was done in an hour as predicted by the recall notice. I waited for the car but could probably have had a loaner. Its not a negative, but I did notice that the waiting area is not as well appointed as the BMW dealership I am used to visiting for my other car.
"AWESOME" Mark Jensen was our sales guy. We really liked him and he took his time with us and was very thorough with everything. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and knew what he was talking about. Very impressed. Our finance guy was the same one we had 3 years ago when we bought our first Audi. "First time 5 star experience " This was the first time I have used Audi Service. I was blown away by Brian and the service department. It was very nice to have a loaner car during the time they work on the car. They had the car back to me all done and cleaner then when i dropped of which was great.
"5 star service as usual. " Once again I received 5 star service and treatment from everyone at Wilsonville Audi from start to finish. I was especially happy to see that after washing and vacuuming my car and doing inside windows, they even made my wheels and tires look amazing. I love everyone there at Audi. They never disappoint.
