"Fast and efficient " Drop off was very smooth, the loaner car was great, and my car looks great when I picked it up, and they were done by noon.
"Expensive but worth the cost" I have had routine maintenance as well as several repairs done at Wilsonville Audi, they always do great work. I really like that they offer a loaner on longer jobs.

"Great service team!" Routine car service was finished quickly. Great waiting room, comfortable chairs, watched the World Cup and sipped coffee. Car wash and interior cleaned as well!

Not only did they get in my car very quickly (the next day appointment), but I happened to be on a call while picking up, and the agent got everything done and let me finish my call! I really appreciated that they were aware of what the customer needed and they accommodated and still got the service done in an extremely efficient timeframe. Not only that, got a loaner, even though they got it done HOURS earlier! EXCELLENT!

"Great" Service was quick and easy while the interaction was professional and friendly. The courtesy car was readily available and provided while my vehicle was being serviced.
"Smooth, easy, proffesional and quick" Great email scheduling system and flexibility, quality service and most importantly (to me anyway) GREAT attitudes throughout the operation! Fast without being rushed, attentive, helpful and customer service oriented. Audi's do not have the best reputation for service cost and reliability, but I just went 10,000 miles before my first service (for the first time in my life) and that one was free! what is not to like about that?
