"Great service team!" Routine car service was finished quickly. Great waiting room, comfortable chairs, watched the World Cup and sipped coffee. Car wash and interior cleaned as well!
"Awesome Car Service!" Not only did they get in my car very quickly (the next day appointment), but I happened to be on a call while picking up, and the agent got everything done and let me finish my call! I really appreciated that they were aware of what the customer needed and they accommodated and still got the service done in an extremely efficient timeframe. Not only that, got a loaner, even though they got it done HOURS earlier! EXCELLENT!

"Smooth, easy, proffesional and quick" Great email scheduling system and flexibility, quality service and most importantly (to me anyway) GREAT attitudes throughout the operation! Fast without being rushed, attentive, helpful and customer service oriented. Audi's do not have the best reputation for service cost and reliability, but I just went 10,000 miles before my first service (for the first time in my life) and that one was free! what is not to like about that?

"35K mile service" Dropping off the vehicle and getting a loaner for the day was fast, easy and efficient. I was called later in the day regarding a warranty issue, or lack of warranty actually....very disappointing that a luxury brand like Audi only warrants it's trim work for 12 mo / 12K miles when most vehicles are 36 mo + bumper-to-bumper. (I have window trim chrome that is peeling that I had brought to the service departments attention last year and again this year, but still no action to replace, except for a very stee... read more
"85,000 mile service extraordinaire " I went in for the 85,000 mi service. The service managers looked back on the 75,000 mi service to see if everything had been done correctly and found they had missed a key service. They added that part to the 85,000 service. They had the car done a little earlier than promised.
