Actually I'm sorry her name was Teressa! I never had an issue with Augusta disposal before! I called because me and my husband were moving from our old house and needed a bulk load! When I called the lady on the phone transfer me to another lady! I'm not sure her name! But she then went on to tell me that my landlord canceled my trash service! Absolutely disgusted to hear the way your employee Teresa Landers spoke to my friend, a customer of 10+ years, over a discrepancy on her bill. To hear her laugh at a customer while refusing to give her any contact information for a manager and/or an owner, and to tell her to find another trash service to use, was an absolute shock and (as any business knows) a reflection of the values of the company.
