I have always had great customer service - never a problem! Even when I have had issues with my bill. I saw a disparaging comment below that I feel the need to address publicly on this page. Teresa Landers is who I deal with anytime I have an issue, and I just don't see how she could speak to anyone in a demeaning way and/or laugh at anyone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have dealt with this company for 4 years and today, my trash can disappeared. I am on auto pay and don't get a phone call, text, email, or anything to say something happened on your account. Just took it. We are scheduled for Friday pickup, past several weeks it's been picked up on Saturdays. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please do not do business with this incompetent company!
