I recently switched BACK to Augusta Disposal & Recycling after first having them a few years ago. I switched to another service because they were slightly cheaper. I never had any issues with the service I received from Augusta Disposal & Recycling, I was just looking to save a few bucks by going elsewhere. Excellent customer service. If there is a problem, they take care of it and then continue to follow through and make sure that your service is impeccable.
So very impressed with the customer service! I spoke with the kindest and most helpful woman who walked me through everything, answered my questions, and truly seemed to care! They delivered our can the very next day! It was such a refreshing experience compared to what I have had with other companies.

Augusta Disposal and recycling have hands down the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. They are always very nice and thoughtful. And their pricing is pretty good. You just can't ask for better! We are beyond thankful for their service and generosity.
They show up, their crews are consistent, and they actually CARE. I've seen dozens of disposal companies who drop trash as they empty cans in trucks. Only one company have I ever seen the crews take the time to pick up stray pieces that hot the ground, you guessed it, Augusta Disposal. I like their system of buying the yellow tags for times when you need extra removal. Just all around great local company that cares.
We have never had a problem with Augusta Disposal and love their single stream recycling.
