They weren’t willing to try to deal at all on the vehicle, and they have a big sign about front that says they’ll beat any Carmax deal. This tells me they had some room to deal. Additionally, I callled and left 3 messages AND filled out a credit app for a vehicle, and nobody ever reached back out to me to try and finance a vehicle. My credit score is 801, so I know that wasn’t an issue. Overall, terrible service, and I wouldn’t send anyone to them when car shopping
They advised that they do NOT fix open recalls prior to selling the vehicles. I looked it up. It’s not a federal law but creates bad reputations. I basically asked if I could get a price reduction for the inconvenience and bad practice. I requested their best out the door price. They quit responding. They kept leaving a bad taste in my mouth all around.
I really wanted the truck they were selling and they said twice they would get back to me and didn’t until it was sold a couple of days later and they called trying to talk me into buying something else.
The only reason they are not getting a 1 star is because I left my purse in the car I test drove and they secured it for me until I could get back there and get it. However, the rest of the process was not great. I submitted my credit app after he saw the pre and said he could get me financed. The next day I asked what was going on because if I was denied I was just going to buy a different car with cash. He said bear with me that he was working on it. So I waited. Horrible experience. Applied for credit for the vehicle I want and auto boutique ran my credit outing a ding on it just to tell me they sold the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealer!!
Contacted the dealer but they were very slow in responding to my request for more information regarding the car I was interested. It literally took days/week to just get more photos and video. They were never able to address my request. Not sure why.
Very unorganized and pushy. "I'm no longer interested" did not register with them. Still getting contacted
This car sold before I could make it there. I then scheduled to see a Tahoe and drove an hour to see it and they sold that one between the time I scheduled to see it and when I got there. So I just turned around and went home.
I had several questions and could never get anyone to respond to the questions----they just kept sending me the home page for the car.
