I didnt care for the way they deal with people. You are set-up from the moment you walk in. Who asks for all your personal information and require you to sign documents before you even meet a salesperson or see a car. Very shady organization. Stay away from this place.
Tried to buy this vehicle, it’s for sale on CarGurus but I’ve tried for 2 weeks to buy it but it’s loaned out to a customer so it’s for sale but not for sale. It will be available to purchase once it’s actually back to lot.
The two automobiles that I was interested in he knew nothing about wasn’t sure if they were in the shop or not and couldn’t tell me a time that I could look at them so they were not helpful at all.
I had an appointment to go get the vehicle I arrived early they sent me an appointment reminder text an hour earlier and when I arrived they told me they sold it 3 hours earlier!
They knew I was coming and car was not ready, tires were trash, didn’t do the recall. Didn’t have gas in it. People were nice though
Dealer requested photos of my trade failed to get back with me promptly and the car got sold was not very happy. I did everything the dealer wanted and they did not get back with me I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I have worked in the auto industry before as a salesman and a finance manager and I never conducted business in this way. If I did I wouldâve lost my job
Stuck for 2 hours waiting on finance guy Seth. I walked out without a car waiting that long is just too much and if you’re interested in a car they spam you with calls and text messages
Not a good experience. I’ve inquired about a few cars here in the past and they have always been waiting for servicing. They never seem to come out of serving. The price has always been cheaper then everyone else. I guess if it’s too good to be true, then you should believe that it’s too good to be true.
I'm trying to buy this vehicle here and yet no one call me back I've left several messages several emails I even spoke to a Internet with Internet manager and he said that he would call me back but never did
