The vehicle was labeled an R-Line and it’s was incorrect! They were very helpful but the listing was wrong.
Car was in much worse shape than pictures showed! Right front A-pillar damaged and large dent to hood upper right not seen in pictures! Wast of my time and gas looking there!
This dealer has good prices but they obmit the accidents. Listed 2020 Lincoln for $26,000 and stated it had no accidents. I used my carfax account and seen the car had 2 bad accidents. One the airbags deployed.
I requested information about the vehicle from the dealership bc I am a online buyer. The dealership provided generic answers, that were not helpful, and told me to hire a third party vendor for an inspection. I won't buy a car from this dealership today or in the future. They clearly aren't concerned about customer service
I didnt care for the way they deal with people. You are set-up from the moment you walk in. Who asks for all your personal information and require you to sign documents before you even meet a salesperson or see a car. Very shady organization. Stay away from this place.
Tried to buy this vehicle, it’s for sale on CarGurus but I’ve tried for 2 weeks to buy it but it’s loaned out to a customer so it’s for sale but not for sale. It will be available to purchase once it’s actually back to lot.
The two automobiles that I was interested in he knew nothing about wasn’t sure if they were in the shop or not and couldn’t tell me a time that I could look at them so they were not helpful at all.
I had an appointment to go get the vehicle I arrived early they sent me an appointment reminder text an hour earlier and when I arrived they told me they sold it 3 hours earlier!
They knew I was coming and car was not ready, tires were trash, didn’t do the recall. Didn’t have gas in it. People were nice though
