Buyer Beware This dealership is a total joke. Quick to take your money and trade in car to claim its for metal then listed it for sale. Had questions on a jeep and could not be bother once the sale is done. The 30 day warranty listed on your bill of sale does not exist buyer beware. Not good, aside from the place looks like a junk yard. See for yourself all cars on the lot need major repairs you pay in the price of the vehicle.
Buyer Beware Went to lot hoping to see 3 vehicles they had on their website. Got there and none of those vehicles was there. This place is a junkyard where they take pieces from one jeep for one that's been sold. They talk you out of what you were looking for to sell what they have. After purchasing vehicle, called with some questions, they put you on hold and ghost you. Poor customer service. Claim 30 day warranty, but fat chance they'll stand by it. Schisters Very unprofessional. Put a deposit on a Jeep to hold, we went back the next day. We were told it was sold. They knew nothing about our deposit! Awful place. They made us wait outside quite awhile, obviously, they didn’t know how to tell us
Don’t bother When I emailed the dealership I got not response. I then called and found out all the cars I had interest in have been sold. These cars are still up for sale on website and are being used as bait.
True epitome of negative experience with used car Hows this for the review i will leave them... True epitome of negative work done by used car salesman. Basically a crime and place should be shut down. They took my trade in plus cash and said come back in three days to pick up the car after they inspect. The cars listed here are from old inventory I've stopped by this dealer twice. The cars listed here are from old inventory they don't remove from listings after the sale. They do this as a low-cost alternative to advertising. Most all of the older jeeps do not exist. Perhaps a better bet would be the newer models current to one generation out.
Buyer beware. These people are crooks. Bait and switch masters. They advertise great deals but magically none of those vehicles are available when you get to the lot, however, they are still listed on the site. When I finally settled on a grand Cherokee, they wouldn't let me test drive it until I registered the vehicle. After waiting two weeks for them to fix the vehicle (they claim to have rebuilt the engine) there were braking issues and the engine burned oil. I had to fight to get my deposit back.
Don't buy into the online hype..... Just don't. If you have read these reviews you should have all the information you need to avoid these dealerships. My advice to you, stay local and ask fellow customers about dealers background before even stepping a foot on their lot. A little checking will save you future headaches.
BUYER BEWARE COMPLETE CROOKS BUYER BEWARE Complete thieves from start to finish. 1) They did not have any of the Jeeps listed on the site at the dealership. However, they did suggest that they had a better option that was in much better condition and would last longer without having to put any money into it and if there was anything wrong with it they would fix it before it left the lot. 30 days later had to put 1k into it, 30 days after another 1800k, and just had to put another 2k into it.
