STAY AWAY!!!! Their online cars DON’T EXIST! They tell you to leave a deposit on their junked vehicles and tell you it goes towards repairs to make the car road worthy before you can even test drive! Not one person answers the phone and voicemail box is always conveniently full so you can’t call and complain! Garbage person running a garbage business. I tried calling several times and never got a response so I submitted a request through their website. I got a response asking for my info, which I provided. I was then contacted via text to make an appointment to test drive the car. I drove an hr and half to the dealer which looked more like a scrapyard. How are they still in business? Wow, where do I begin. I'm from CT looking for an old school XJ (Jeep Cherokee). I have been in touch with them through online chat a few years ago. All 5 of the jeeps i asked about had been sold. This time around (8-2020) I provided a list of eight stock numbers to the online chat rep. Go Elsewhere Big fat ZERO. For a $249 fee we were told of a long list of items that would secure its road readiness. After driving it for three days, it was clear that the OIL and coolant were significantly LOW, and the washer fluid tank was cracked. We brought the car back, those issues were addressed BUT brake pads needed replacing also. CLEARLY THE WORK WE PAID FOR WAS NOT DONE PRIOR PICK-UP, and my son was driving a car with that was unsafe based on the fact that they NEVER CHECKED. No apology. No compensation. TERRIBLE I had inquired about 4 jeeps cherokee sports. And never got a response. I called their office 7 timesand the mailbox was full and no one is ever there. Jeeps weren't available when said they were. Just unprofessional and seems like a rip off lot. Very unfortunate as I'm a Jeep lover and have never driven anything else, sad to have them represent the brand.
Tack on $4k to every price you see Nothing you see is actually in stock and they don’t update for 6 months at least. On top of that, every price is only reflected IF you buy a $3000 “Warranty”. Shady business practices and rude customer service, I’d stay far away.
