web site NOT updated for 12 weeeks contacted sales man to buy a jeep and was told it was sold. ok. asked for another one and was told sold. ok . and a third and a fourth and then he told me that their web site has not been updated for 12 weeks. also pointed out to him that they do not list the VIN number so that i can get a car fax. very inarticulate salesman.

Kept my deposit after agreeing to a car purchase, they changed the date of pick up three times.. they offered a $100 credit at the time... and then, when i arrived on the morning we agreed, they told me the car wont be ready until 5. After the run around i requested my deposit back. they refused. we'll see them in court in a few weeks
Highly Offensive Salesman Went to go look for a car. Was happy with the way the car was but the individual who was selling it to me was extremely inconsiderate. Wore his mask incorrectly which put me in an uneasy state, then went on to say some cruel joke. Anyways, the car was okay and I was going to accept a deal when he made a mild, but offensive, religious joke. (I am a believer of said religion and was pretty offended). Crooks They sell bad cars. They erase check engine lights and any other issues. Smack an inspection sticker on the car and then you’re stuck with the problems second day using car purchases from them airbag light came on, followed by check engine and now it’s over heating. They don’t respond back to me now. Straight CROOKS!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE The owner will scam you into buying a car with damages and not tell you. The car he sold us was in two accidents and he told me it was my fault for not being aware. Very bad customer service.

Stay away horrible customer satisfaction Horrible experience .i would never reccomend a car from them first the buying experience you leave a deposit and than they make the car road ready . Ive had my car 290 miles and have brought it back 3 times , yes the car has over 100k but still 290 miles and they only guarantee the major motor and trans . They replaced the brakes then 20 miles the calipers seized up . Returned the car replaced 2 calipers . Picked up car and than enginge light came on and now returned and said fixed an... read more

worst buy ever... Spend 8 hours going down to Auto Expo to get a used vehicle for me to drive in the winter. The Jeep I purchased needs a complete exhaust system; including a converter even before I first sat in the vehicle. The dealership refused to repair the issue and over charged me for the vehicle. Priced at $8,999, paid over $11,000 for a 12 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles. Terrible experience! Two minutes after driving the car off the lot the steering wheel started shaking. Called the next day and was told Cliff or Dona would call back. Called two days later and told the same thing. According to my mechanic the car should never have been driven off the lot with a faulty universal joint. If the U-joint fails while driving, you will lose control over your vehicle and it may tip over, leading to fatal accidents and irreversible damage.
