Awful people The reason why they have earned this single star is because they did get me into a car. It was not the one I had picked but still a car (Higher price than what was quoted, a bait and switch.) The reason why this review doesent garner more stars is due to the fact that once they got my signature they did not care at all. Ms. Pissed Off Customer They sold me a car that had problems less than a month after I brought it. I will be reporting them to DMV for selling a car that can only take $6.00 in gas at a time. I never got my money back and I will be reporting them to all agencies in regards to how they cheat, disrespectful, and sell bad cars. I also will be suing them in civil court. Not a single car advertised is even at dealership. Drove 45 mins after speaking to an employee about a car I saw online, said they sold that car but had over ten in my price range and to come in to see. Only a day late I went and they had not a single one and offered me something completely different and basically lied. Complete click and bait situation. Every car advertised at the moment is not even available. They say they don’t update.
Run don’t do it Good customer sales associate and manager seem nice and wanted to get me in the car I wanted but took my money from a single mom of two I work hard for my money, drove off lot within less 2 minutes knew this car was not fully serviced as they said they would. Took to mechanic and was advised all rusted at bottom and need all new parts and could not get wheel alignment, wheel was all the way to the left. Don't count on the inventory! Playing the bait and switch game. Have several Commanders advertised, but not response to emails and when I called said no Commanders like the one I wanted... Or any??
Make Sure to Bring your own mechanic!!! My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles a little over 2 yrs ago for our teens. One car was driven for a total of about 4 weeks before the transmission died on the car. And just this month the second car would not pass the NYS inspection because mounts were rotted. Bait and switch These people advertise vehicles that they do not have.....was told they had a silver cherokee I got there and they lied and told me they just sold it...stay away
LOL business must be booming I have not bought a car from them, but I was interested and called several times only to go to a voicemail with a mailbox that is full. I tried the chat option on their website and it goes to a third-party who told me that they would contact me, and they never did. I guess business must be booming to the point where they cannot even return calls/texts lol
