Was in saturday and was left sitting there for 20 minutes so i left, came back today, he said he would come back out for me, and i was on the lot for another 30 minutes, i saw him walking back and forth inside. i mean cmon!

My husband And I reached out to the dealership on Sunday to purchase a vehicle. Made an appointment to come in on Wednesday to buy. The vehicle was not cleaned and ready for a showing. Salesman was not prepared and had no knowledge of vehicle stats. Then they raised the cost of the vehicle. Poor service and unethical service.

Quite literally had a salesperson say to my mother and loan officer at my bank to “shut up” while they asked him questions about why they were going to charge me an extra $1,000 just because they didn’t “work with my bank”. Was a horrible experience, the salesman was rude, tried to pressure us, and talked to us as if we had never bought a car before. 100% do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I do NOT recommend Nissan. Must have accidently hit the wrong option and cant change it. Have had issues with a car I helped my 19 year old daughter buy. it has a power train issue and Nissan isn't honoring their power train warranty that came with the car. At this point I have tried to get ahold of someone to discuss this with me 5 times over 2 weeks and they will not get back with me. The car is sitting at Ford dealership and we are unable to drive it. We had the car 2 weeks when we first had an issue with it and returne... read more

Customer service is CRAP !!!!! No I would not ever do Business at this place talk to the sales man Nathaniel for 3 days waiting for the car to get cleaned just to find out that he sold it talk about some shady business plus to top it off if you pay cash for a car there it cost a 1000 more

I bought my vehicle on 5-13-22. didn't pay attention the vehicle was running. it says that the vehicle needed serviced. so I called and they said it had been serviced to bring it down and they would reset it. I decided to clean it out that Sunday and it was filthy, so why would I even believe that it was serviced? I get in it to leave Saturday night after work no heat, A/C, or defrost! Wouldn’t buy ice from this place. Just seems shady and won’t answer your question. just try and force you to come down there before they will even work with you. The salesman told me if I could find a better deal he recommended me to jump on it. This was the only thing good thing that came from this place because that’s exactly what I did. I guess I should thank this salesman for the great advice.
