Great Buying Experience This was really a great buying experience for me! David and Jeremy were both excellent. Over the numerous cars that I have purchased over the years, this had to be the quickest and smoothest transaction that I have ever made. I truly was pleasantly surprised; their process and customer service was on par with and even better than most authorized manufacturer dealerships. I will definitely check their selection first the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I called David on a Tuesday and expressed to him my seriousness of a TDI they had on the lot. Due to my 2-1/2 hour drive, they allowed me to put $500 down to hold it. I went the following Friday to look at it. Took it for a test drive to where we could get to highway speeds. The salesman was Jeremy and he answered all questions I had and was very polite. Easy as buying food at the market. Great experience here. I unexpectedly had to find a replacement vehicle in a short time. I came into Autoleader with a clear view of the car I wanted and Dave and Mark made it very easy to see and test drive. Purchased 2014 RX 350 - 6th Car purchased I recently purchased the used 2014 Lexus RX 350. This is the 6th car I’ve purchased from Auotoleader. In this case, as in all the others, the car was fairly priced, given fair value for trade-in, no pressure to make purchase. They stand behind their products and the car’s features and condition have always been accurately described. Transaction was handled quickly and professionally.
