My experience up to this point was excellent I have never had to have a test done like my (ultrasound ). Until now. And it took me several phone calls between the lab and Dr’s office to get my results, each place blamed the other place. Sorry not acceptable. When you are in pain and waiting for results !!!!!

Good doctors and good staff. I've been going there since they opened. Why the 3 stars? Their prescription refill process is a dumpster fire. They don't reply to pharmacist requests, they don't respond to refill requests on the patient portal and I've ALWAYS had to go through their appointment calendar to get anything refilled. It's absolutely TERRIBLE and ruins their service.
Immediately available with confirmation of my symptoms. Called in antibiotics same day

I previously spoke about La Shea Young , my most recent and mosr thorough provider. One of the problems I find with Avance Clayton is that their providers change like the wind blows...When I was in college for my RN and NP education, we were told to be consistent and I expect Avance to be consistent as well....a large part of treating all patients but especially the young and the elderly is consistency...this gives the patient a great sense of comfort and security.
Everyone is very professional & friendly. Dr. Clark is number one. Keep up the good work.

My care provider is excellent. Mirian is compassionate and patient. She spends time getting to know you and works with you to plan your health care needs. Searched for a very long time to find someone with her personality and knowledge. Great medical team all around .
