It was a pleasant appointment from start to finish; entry to exit everyone. Dr. Payson Thompson is very easy to talk to; great listener and friendly Professional. I was visiting my daughter, who works for Avance by the way. I showed her my back and right away she wanted it checked out. I was very surprised to learn that a doctor's office was open on Sundays and that they had an appointment available for me. The front desk was very professional and nice. When I was called back, everybody was very nice and friendly. The doctor just happened to have gone to WCU, which is 30 minutes from where I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
