I was visiting my daughter, who works for Avance by the way. I showed her my back and right away she wanted it checked out. I was very surprised to learn that a doctor's office was open on Sundays and that they had an appointment available for me. The front desk was very professional and nice. When I was called back, everybody was very nice and friendly. The doctor just happened to have gone to WCU, which is 30 minutes from where I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I went to Avance twice in the past few weeks for dermatitis and severe leg cramps. No advance appointment necessary. Both doctors on call correctly diagnosed and prescribed the meds I should have been on for decades!! So much for waiting for months to see specialists who don’t do anything about your condition!! Close, convenient and professional! Highly recommend!

Avance Care offices in West Cary & Morrisville are fabulous. The doctors are superb, and the entire medical staff is terrific. The PAs, nursing staff and office staff are great. They are very caring, extremely competent, and efficient. They manage your care. Can't say enough good things about this medical practice
