Wondering if there is an issue with the office, we are getting an error message now that the phone isn't working at all. I've had issues getting a response in the past but now the phone isn't working at all. This is obviously worrisome for any patient when you cannot reach your doctor's office.
My doctor Thomas hear my health and hear from my daughter (She Physical Therapy.) I age 89 this year.

Dr. Pedraza was professional and caring. I didn’t get relief for my illness because the medication prescribed was one I’d been taking for weeks with no relief. Please have someone call in a different medication. Thank you

Great to visit the West Cary Avance care. I had come down with COVID and Heather the P.A. and all of the staff and nurse provided such excellent and supportive care to help in any way they could .
