I have been seeing Colin Gage for a squamous cell carcinoma spot. He has been very helpful in trying to make me more comfortable until my appointment at Cary Skin Center. Each visit to Avance Care West Cary is always carried out with care and compassion. We’re never rushed and have always had the very best experience at every appointment. Dr. Pedraza carefully explains the care he provides and as well spends needed time to make sure I understand what is most important to improve my chance of having the chance for healing and recovery.
Advance Care has been my “go to” urgent care several times now. They don’t make you wait any long periods of time, they are genuinely concerned of your condition, test results are given back in a timely manner.
Called to ask about the prescription and health issue, but did not call back for few days. Called again and they told me they never received a message and the person on the other line will pass on the message. They did call back, but seemed they don’t really care.
Since I first visited with prescription needs and having searched in vain for new doctor [moved from IL and now with United Medicare coverage] your team has been responsive, fast, courteous, professional and welcoming. Lara listens to me and takes seriously my feedback and questions.
