I love living here the new Management is really taking charge and making the changes the community needed! It is beautiful and quiet. Best thing is they don’t have a age or weight restriction for dogs!
Tamera, the property manager is so kind and thoughtful! When I moved in she had a welcome home bag for me and and for my dog! Pool is amazing! Friendly staff in the office! Maintenance fixes things ASAP! Love living here

We recently used the Clubhouse for a social gathering. All of our guest remark how beautiful the clubhouse is. The staff here at Aventine is always helpful and courteous.
I love aventine it's a great place to live ,we have been living here for two 1/2 years and absolutely love making this place my home, and the management and staff are wonderful as well always willing to help you and to make your experience wonderful, there is no place like aventine!!❤ 5 stars
