RecommendedStaff and management has treated me so well! Maintenance always gets done in a timely manner! Great place to live!
Wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. I think everyone has had it with management and maintenance here. Nancy the manager flips out over nothing and tries to be condescending. In my opinion she needs to be fired along with maintenance (Kit) who is worthless and doesn’t do anything right. Mold in units, maintenance never fixes anything right and doesn’t bother to care. Says they’ll come fix things then never do. DRUG USE here, the manger Nancy has been informed of it, but she doesn’t care and is rude, she said to “call the cops” it’s not her problem. Nancy will never email you back either and is a nightmare to deal with. Don’t waste your time living here!
Warning, do not live here! The manager Nancy is a nut job and flipped out on someone I know who has lived here for 3 years (Nancy has been here for 9 months) and told them they aren’t invited to live here any longer (she couldn’t even give them a reason why because she knows she doesn’t have a valid reason). So far I'm loving the place, but I'm having trouble getting messages across. Who checks or responds to what email? I'm not available during your business hours and I need to communicate by email. I sent two emails about my cat documentation and still haven't heard back. :/
I lived at Aventine for 11 months and at first it was alright. Management was horrendous but they did an overhaul and the current staff is actually doing a great job and very polite so I'm glad that they got that part fixed. Overall my experience was disappointing. The apartments truly are beautiful and the location is prime. Unfortunately, the structure of the buildings is very poor.
