I drove it around the block. and then we started the paperwork. He showed me the invoice, and the hold back, etc. I knew how much I was paying and how much they are getting. Andy Price provided what you always hoped was possible from a car salesman, but didn't think was possible. He was knowledgeable, not pushy and very friendly throughout the whole process. He didn't try and push a bunch of features we didn't need, rather he listened to what are needs were and put us in the vehicle that was perfect for me and my family.
We had the best car buying experience ever!!! Our salesman was Reese. We met him in January when we were shopping. He wasn't pushy at all and was very informative. He was also a really cool dude. I had my eye on a Jeep Wrangler in the pre owned lot at this dealership for almost a month before I finally got the nerve to email about it. Andy was great! We had a great experience and never felt any pressure to buy. He answered all our questions and we felt like we got a great deal. We were out to try multiple cars from different dealerships and Toyota was our first stop. This dealer was the only one that was OK with us going out to test drive other cars.
We have purchased our last four vehicles from Avondale Toyota because their customer service is completely over the top! Other car dealerships hound and pressure you, but at Avondale Toyota we have never felt anything but comfortable and welcomed. You can buy a car anywhere - why not go someplace that will treat you like number one! At Avondale Toyota, the customer really does come first!
