I actually went to the wrong dealership. Terry showed me a Prius that was 4 yrs newer for 7k more. I didn't want to spend that much more, but he explained it was a 3rd generation vs a 2nd. I figured it was worth the extra money. Terry is very friendly,has a great sense of humor, is fair, understanding,and honest. He put a new set of tires on my car, took care of minor dents and paint issues, put in new floor mats, had scratches buffed out of the headlights and spoiler, and explained the car and its features. Our salesman, Terry Repovsch, was more than helpful. We had previously traded in a 2005 Pruis and bought a 2013 Corolla. However, after only a couple of months, I wanted to drive a Pruis once again. Terry kept us informed as the used Pruis came in and was able to find the perfect one for us. I love my Pruis. Thanks Terry

We read on Avondale Toyota's website that they were a one price, one salesperson dealership. We enjoyed our car shopping experience because we were offered several car choices with very realistic prices. Our salesperson Shannon Eichorn put no pressure on us and wanted us to be happy with car choice. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and really spent a lot of time and effort makings sure our car buying experience was exceptional . I enjoyed the process of dealing with one person thru the whole purchase process. Terry Pickle, everyone calls him Pickle, is very nice, easy to work with, and does not put sales pressure on you.

My wife and I have had several bad "car-buying" experiences over the years and went into Avondale Toyota with weary eyes wide open. We've had some good experiences too, but it's funny how you rememeber the bad experiences over everything else. Several things pleased us immediately from the start of our experience; for one, no "High pressure" sales tactics or sales people. Second, all your vehicle have your "best-price" posted on each vehicle - I like that, since I have had experiences in the past where that wasn't the case. ... read more

Hi Rob, I just had to take a moment to express the Hi Rob, I just had to take a moment to express the overall superior experience that my family and I had with Ted and Avondale Toyota. We had previously had one of the worst imaginable experiences at Larry Miller Toyota and were ready to give up on Toyota altogether. Avondale Toyota was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is the second car that I have purchased from them and both experiences were outstanding. Terry Pickle was very thorough and took the time to ensure every question we had was answered as well as exploring all options available to us. I highly recommend this dealership and Terry Pickle as a Sales Manager to deal with.

Ted was awesome to work with. He proved that buying a car shouldn't be a painful experience. During the test drive he was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, answering all of our questions thoroughly. He laid out all of my options when it came to new versus used, regular warranty versus extended and best of all, he wasn't pushy in any way.
