The dealership has a no-stress atmosphere to it. Natalia, Steve & Rob did not use pressure tactics to buy and allowed me to take my time deciding what car I wanted to purchase. I drove several cars in the dealership and Natalia was always pleasant and giving of her time knowing that I wasn't going to commit to a purchase. Outstanding dealership! I will recommend it to my friends without any hesitation!
I didn't know how to react to the "one price, one person" policy at first. But, I must admit, I'd been shopping for a a crew cab Tundra for months, the original price posted was more than fair. My sales rep, Jason Theriault, was to the point and up front about everything which I highly respect. The sales process was clean and simple. They even had me bring the vehicle back a week later to install a small item that that missing and the Service Department was also excellent. This is a 5 Star Dealership all around. Thank you!
I only had to deal with one person , Michael Norman, who was really knowledgeable and friendly. At other dealerships they send you around from person to person like a Ping pong ball and it is very aggravating. I got the bottom line price quickly with no hassles. I have assigned this rating because the sales manager took the time to find out what I was looking for, he answered all my questions honestly and clearly, and he was very knowledgeable. Most importantly he gave me all the imformation I wanted/needed and allowed me to make the decision on my purchase.

My husband and I had a great salesman, Terry Repovsch, and he knew everything about the Toyota 4Runner and all the cars we drove that day and was very kind to us. Unfortunately there was no negotiation on the "2010" car's price so we bought it for not a penny less and thought it was priced highly. The 4 year old car had only 8,000 miles on it so priced it on the fact it had low mileage.
