LEASE OF NEW VEHICLE Kimie Stewart was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Expressed to him what we were looking for in a vehicle. He went over and showed us several options and went over everything very very thorough. After looking at a few cars there was one that we really liked. We took it for a test drive. Never thought I never thought id meet a sales rep as nice and compassionate as Kimey Stewart. By far the best expiriance I've had. I went there to help my sister buy a new car. I was hesitant about Her going alone because my personal expirience with Camelback Toyota was by far the worst and most regrettable decision I made by going to them. He was funny, helpful and made sure we had exactly what we wanted, He did not treat us like other places have... he was honest and deep down a good person. He got me into a wonderful car. Best Experience Yet! Benny Ortega was incredibly patient with my wife and me as he answered all of the questions that we had regarding our major purchase. We've never had a bad experience at any family-owned Toyota Dealers but this was the best one yet! We didn't feel any pressure or obligation and he definitely went out of his way to give us a smooth and enjoyable experience. He even stayed past the store closing time without making us feel rushed.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE I've been buying cars for over 30 years, (the last 6 have been Toyota purchased or leased in the Phoenix area) and have never had such a positive experience as this one! I believe we received the best treatment from Rick and Edgar including vehicle information specific to our needs, financial information and fair price possible. Service for Recall Notice Arrived at 7:00am and David Cordova introduced himself and got busy making sure we were well taken care of. He showed us a very nice area to wait. Two hours later we were on our way home, very happy. By the way, they even washed our truck!
