Great Customer Service We have been to Avondale Toyota 2 times for new vehicles. Both being new sales. We spoke with Terry Repovsch on both occasions and we were Treated like family. Terry is very knowledgable about every aspect of the buying experience. There was no Pressure to buy and the prices are great. The process in total was about 2 hrs, considerably faster then any other dealership that we have been to. Yes we do and we will recommend Terry and Avondale Toyota!!
Terry Repovsch was great! I have purchased five new Toyota's and this was the best experience yet. Terry Repovsch didn't behave like most other car salespeople. He was genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. The car I purchased had to be picked up from another dealer and I expected to have to return the next day, but he got it right away. I was in and out with my new car cleaned up and ready to go in a couple hours. Thank you Terry and Avondale Toyota for a great experience!
Reese is awesome! We went looking for a new car with good gas mileage. We were lucky enough to run into Reese at Avondale Toyota. He proved to be knowledgeable, humble and honest; three qualities that we thought had been lost on car salespeople. A bad day turned Great by Avondale Toyota! We had been having a terrible day look for a used car, and then we came to Avondale Toyota and met Amanda Nawrocki and our entire day changed and got better. She helped us immediately find the the vehicles within our price range, and once we selected a vehicle we liked she helped us go out for test drive and did not push us at all and answered all of our questions honestly. Great Experience Avondale Toyota is absolutely the best dealership. Their pricing is excellent and there is no negotiating. One price and that's it. There is absolutely no pressure. The sales staff are great and are very helpful in steering toward the right care for you.
Another great experience I visited Avondale Toyota to get my 2008 Runner serviced and was contacted by Ross about trading in my 4Runner and getting something newer. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and my new husband didn't fit well into my 4Runner so I looked at the other SUV/Crossover Toyota products. I was suprized by the prompt response I received from Robert Kim, the sales manager at Avondale Toyota. I had emailed the dealership about a 2013 4X4 Toyota Tacoma they had listed when I inquired online. Robert called me the next morning and asked if he could answer any questions about the vehicle. I wanted to see it of course, but I live approx 50 miles from the dealership. He said he would bring the truck to me for inspection and that's what he did later that afternoon.
