I attended Azure for 30 days and was very impressed with the Clinical Staff as well as the accomodations. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking recovery. My hat is off to you at Azure!!
If you are part of the "crew" then you should be good. If you're a regular person like me, be prepared to be isolated and discriminated against. This comes from a white male who's never had to deal with discrimination prior to subjecting myself to this establishment (Twice). These people who work here are lack luster at best. Tiffany Revilla was rude !! I had a bad experience. Turned off completely and disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone know who is struggling with any type of addiction because of her. 1 person can ruin for everyone and she did. She isn't a team player or leader. She is just an individual who comes to work just get paid. No dedication. Get rid of her if you want better reviews for this place. I am in the medical field and i take my job very seriously. Funny I agree with most of the reviews - giving the 1 star rating - they do not give proper counseling - they have 30 days????? My husband was convinced I would take him back simply if he went to rehab - they did not address his problem that drove him to drink. I definitely do not recommend. D. Brown
Sadly, I cannot recommend their in-treatment nor the intensive-out-patient (IOP) programs. The counselors are overworked and have no professional experience, therefore the problem is not properly treated. The residents rule the place as if it's a frat house. Their IOP is fluid without any structure. Our counselor played a video and left the building. IOP participants were constantly relapsing with impunity. The story's coming out of this place as of recent, from clients are just terrible. Corporate take over, not at all like the website. Poor communication between staff and clients, crowded rooms, violent fights. Very unfortunate since people are coming here to heal and recover. Not to mention the price tag of up to $22,000 a month. This place is a joke. I attended another facility 7 years ago and it was far superior and was truly interested in my recovery, was well-staffed with professional individuals. Azure Acres is understaffed and isn't transparent about what happens at their facility and where it happens. The food is high school cafeteria at best. I was paying full price, out of pocket, so was more discerning about the value of what I was receiving. Case workers and health care workers referring xliwnts please there are other places available. Please see google reviews and this they apparently got their friends to write reviews and paid people to write them. I was totally mislead and was told I would be here for the whole month. This is true if you have Kaiser insurance. If you don't have Kaiser, you will stay here for a few days, then be sent to a house off the main campus which has none of the advertised amenities of where you started. After staying at the house you will be sent to a third location to complete your rehab. Do not go here unless you have Kaiser. I just left this month. Total bait and switch tactics.
