Dr. Michael sent me a message after I posted a review. He had sincere desire to have a dialog. The minute he put forth his bullet points, he shut me down and said: "he already knows the story!". I asked if he knew it from what I witnessed. He said he did not care? WTF? Who asks from communication only to subjugate another? The patient in so far from his concern. it's scary. Please note how fast they got a 4 star rave review after my rightfully owned 1 star review posted. They are kinky as a dog's hind leg.
Contacted them to ask some questions about a loved one and never received any contact back! Terrible...You would think they wanted to help people. Nope
I am very disappointed in Azure Acres. My brother is currently being treated for heroin. After only a week being at Azure another person was let in with out being checked properly. He brought drugs into the facility and passed them around. Was this my brothers decision to take them yes it was but can you blame someone who has only been sober for only a week and has been a heroin addict for years? Instead of owning to their mistake they will be discharging my brother on his original 30 day mark and he will only be 3 week... read more
My son was placed in Azur Acers and was given Haroin from another person in the treatment center. I strongly recommend. Finding a treatment center drug free. Their people in charge I hold responsible. Azur Acers is not drug free and if my son overdosed I would be filing a lawsuit and still may.
My son attended Azure Acres and completed treatment and appreciated his time there enough want to return after relapsing. He is currently relapsing and we have called Azure Acres many times to try and see if they can take him again (as they said that they were an ongoing support community.) We are very sad to report that after almost two weeks, we have still not received any call back from the intake coordinator after attempting to talk to him about relapse and re-admittance numerous times.
