My daughter has been suffering with a few different addictions including marijuana vape (send her to the hospital with vomiting syndrome) alcohol and binge eating while vaping. I worked with 3 different people at Azure, I was very explicit and transparent about her many problems. There was some concern on their part but after two days alas is it was confirmed they would help her. Oh the relief for a parent to have this hope. It was hard to convince my daughter to go, nothing short on a mental breakdown on my part begging her... read more

Place is a joke, I am currently here through a covid outbreak in the place. Lucky for me I tested negative and they still wanted to quarantine me with all the positive people. The program is a joke. As I have heard from other clients they're after the money. Always rude to me from what I understand. There's a few staff that's cool. I was referred here from the rehab I was at before. Wouldn't come here again. I came here to get right and to refrain from drugs and alcohol and it's hard for me to focus on that when there's othe... read more

Can you give a place minus 5 stars? If you want to quit anything go to this place. Once there you will realize in no time at all that you would never drink again than spend another second in there. Can't even bring a kindle with no internet access just to read books as they have a joke of a library (by the way they never sent my kindle back to me which means there are a couple of Thieves there) Then try to get them on the phone to ask for the items back, you may age a bit or few years. I left in disgust with the place an... read more

If you were at azure acres between these dates (6/14/21- 7/27/21), and we're sick, you may have had covid. My husband "was" forced to work while sick with symptoms of covid. I was diagnosed positive with covid, and my husband was also diagnosed positive after a stay at the hospital, the day he produced his covid positive test...they FIRED him. I urge all of you who were in the facility during these dates to review if you were sick. It's important to let the public know so we can help in reducing the spread. Thank you.

Keep in mind, this is a For Profit Organiziation. If you are working with a Managed Care medical insurance Do Not pursue help here. It is too hard to focus on recovery knowing that at any moment you will be booted to the curb, which I was. Staff did not do a good job advocating for continued treatment as they promised.

REHAB NIGHTMARES! LISTEN TO THE GOOD ADVICE HERE - DON'T USE THEM My Soon-To-Be ex-husband and I selected this program out of several that were offered in the area. Unfortunately, we made a poor choice. I was told that our insurance was sufficient to get him covered in the 30 day residential program, no problem. Then, the plan was to move him into a Sober Living House for 3 months, so that he could get a job, become fully independent and get an apartment. That was until Azure Acres took it upon themselves to change the... read more

Azure Acres is a for-profit business. I was there for 28 days. The first 2 weeks were good except for the food (which is disgusting). The last 2 weeks were horrible. They were short staffed, the lectures were run by the inmates (or readings from AA or NA). I had one real 1-on-1 with my counselor, the other meetings were for insurance purposes. They put me on cash in spite of the fact that my insurance carrier would have paid if I needed care (which I did). They claim to have 30 acres of trails and a state-of-the-art gym. The... read more

My family had a terrible experience with Azure Acres, a facility more concerned with money than the patients they are suppose to be helping. Twice we were quoted a $100. co-pay from Kaiser and twice Azure wanted an additional $1,600. making this an issue hours before the intended admission, then it happened for a third time Kaiser promised that everyone was communicated with and sure enough at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday two days before the intended date to be admitted Azure demanded $1,600. which we ended up paying out of pocket... read more
