It was a really relaxing lunch with good friends
Atmosphere and service was very good, also good selection of drinks, however the food was not what I expected. Even though the quality was great, the portions were small, garnish/ accompliments very poor and for that I found that food prices were too high for what provided. Because of the very friendly and really accommodating staff as well as the variety of drinks I would definitely recommend for drinks and for a date.
We had a lovely lunch for Mothering Sunday. Had two children and great wee party bags and tasty food. Loved the decoration, relaxed atmosphere and food was very tasty, especially the apple tart pudding. Not the cheapest for lunch but worth it for the quality of the food and the lovely surroundings. The only thing we weren't so keen on were the pumpkin fritters we had as a nibble, otherwise food was excellent.
The food was good and the prices weren't too high. The service could be improved as we had to get up from our table a number of times just to get the attention of the waiter/waitress round the corner at the till area. Cocktails were very nice.
Great Night, Only Issue was the Venison steak was quite salty,Ive Never tried a Rub on a steak but this was slightly overpowering. Everything else was top notch

Really like this restaurant. Has great service and fabulous food. Atmosphere is good with a mix of clientele and unobtrusive music playing. We visited on a Sunday. Relatively busy considering the quietness of other establishments. I ordered Frito Misto but it didn't come with scallops which was the reason I had ordered. However it was very good and I really enjoyed it. We ordered steaks for the mains which were perfectly cooked with a great chargrill flavour. Sides were very nice too. We made a reservation and got the best seat in the house. The staff were funny and friendly, the food was even better than we expected, and it was a gorgeous place just off Princes st. We will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a special experience. They had a menu special 2 steaks & 2 sides for £25 and it was large portions and amazing flavors.
We were a party of 10 and the Restuarant was very busy , but all worked great.
