Excellent food, drink and service. Would definitely recommend.
Very central casual restaurant offering good food and terrific service. Food was delicious, although I would avoid the spelt topped fish pie in future (poor choice on my part). Other four main choices were excellent. Warm welcoming atmosphere in a Quality establishment. Recommended. And an absolute steal when they have offers on.
Honestly the best meal I’ve had in so long (and I eat a lot)!!! Breakfast was incredible!

Another trip to badger, could do with a refresh on some of the menu, food fine, staff lovely but in a competitive market needs to up its game a bit. Drinks v slow at outset but gathered pace once started dining. Wouldn’t put me off a return but would like something different to try.
We had a very nice table near the window. The menu is very flexible. The food was excellent and, due to the special offer , extremely good value. The only criticism is the noise. The restaurant was very busy so there is lots of noise from the many conversations . But they also played quite loud music. This makes everyone have to talk even louder to be heard over it. Excellent service and really tasty food. I had haddock and chips and it was great. Would definitively visit again and recommend to friends.
Service was excellent and did not feel hurried to vacate table. Food very hot and well cooked. Drinks also timely and well served. Very good city centre restaurant
