The crew arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and professionally, and cleaned up all the debris from the trimming. If I have the need, I would use Bailey again.
Nothing but great things to say. They came out at the scheduled time to write up an estimate for the work I needed, and we set up a date for the actual service right then. They contacted me about a week ahead of time to let me know they had an opening in the schedule if I was interested. I was, so they came out and performed the work that day. I had a large Chinese Hackberry tree in the front yard that needed shaping/thinning. Bailey did a very nice job accomplishing this while making it look natural. The neighbors complimented on the work to me

Suffice it to say, they are professional, responsible, dependable and truly provide the customer service we all thought was a thing of the past. They are my tree company for all future needs and I will recommend them as often as possible.
Bailey Tree service just completed a very big job for me and I am very pleased with their customer service department and crew that came out to my acre of 15 Redwood & 6 Oak trees in the Loomis area. All the trees now look awesome and when they were done they cleaned up everything so completely. I would highly recommend them. Each and everyone from the office and crew that I dealt with was curtious and professinal. I highly recommend Bailey Tree. Thank you Bailey I am a pleased customer.
