Bailey Tree Co. was very helpful and professional in every way. We had spoken with Bailey Tree Co a few months before we decided to have our trees cut. They had given us a price quote and kept to it a few months after when we were finally ready to have our trees cut. During the process they called to follow up on every detail. The crew was on time and did an excellent job of trimming and removing our trees. Clean up was also very well done.
They showed up on time. The work was done quickly and efficiently. All the b ranches and trimmings were disposed of by them. The work was all done per our agreement. The only negative I might mention is that they did not clean up the small branches from our neighbor's yard as well as they might have. We are satisfied with the work and the manner in which it was done. We would use Bailey Tree Company again.
The crew that cut down my tree and removed all the debris did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for tree removal services.
The tree trimming crew did an excellent job of pruining back our redwood trees. They were able to remove most of our neighbors rambling rose bushes which was a concern for the health of our trees. Thank you very much for your service and we would recommend your company to others. Brenda D.

Aside from scheduling conflicts and slight miscommunication, the job was done. Clean-up could have been much better. A stump was not treated as planned but again the job was done. I've heard this is not the norm for this company. Unfortunatley, it happens now and again.
Wow! We were amazed at how fast and efficiently our tree came down. The debris was completely removed, and we were given the wood chopped and stacked just like we'd asked.
