Aside from scheduling conflicts and slight miscommunication, the job was done. Clean-up could have been much better. A stump was not treated as planned but again the job was done. I've heard this is not the norm for this company. Unfortunatley, it happens now and again.
Wow! We were amazed at how fast and efficiently our tree came down. The debris was completely removed, and we were given the wood chopped and stacked just like we'd asked. Pricing was very reasonable and the employees were all friendly, but the scheduling could be improved. They came to our house 3 times after the quote. The first time was to remove trees, the second was to grind stumps, and the third time was to grind the stump they forgot. Each time I was given a time frame when they were supposed to arrive and each time I had to call to follow up because the crew did not arrive within that time frame. Well prepared and exhibited the teamwork of an experienced rigging crew. Perhaps a little too brave for my taste but I deferred to their experience and obvious expertise. They left my yard and the street like Eagle Scouts...better than they found it. Highest recommendation for professionalism and putting a homeowner at ease.

The crew arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and professionally, and cleaned up all the debris from the trimming. If I have the need, I would use Bailey again.
