The trimming and cleanup were great, only a small pot broken and a rose bush crushed, very minor problem considering the work done was extensive. I only gave 4 stars because there was a mishap, the guys cut the cable wire and there was no communication with me letting me know. Comcast couldn't get anyone out for a few days. I was without cable first night and your tree service sent a guy over the next late afternoon and he got it hooked up, that was very nice. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED WELL EXCEPT THAT THERE WAS A GREAT DEAL OF TWIGS, SMALL BRANCHES ETC LEFT IN THE AREA AND UNFORTUNATELY COLECTED WITHIN THE PLANTINGS IN THE AREA.
Very good crew. Did what I asked them to do. Jesus was an excellent tree man, followed through on all my requests for canopy clearance. Completed all the work and did a fairly good cleanup in less than 8 hours. They need to be careful about rain gutters--put a ladder up against one of mine to get up and blow off the roof. It bent, and if I hadn't seen it, I'm not sure it would have gotten bent back--it did and looks fine. Very happy with your prompt service - Crews did a good job with removal of tree and limbs as I had requested. Also - very good attention to special instructions while working around retaining wall. Stump grinding was good- there are a few large stump remints I would have liked hauled off, but my neighbor make have told the crews he wanted them - and then didn't take them, all and all - very happy - good job

Your company did a great job taking out the trees I needed (at a reasonable price) and also you came back to trim a branch as requested. Thank you for honoring the coupon from the local paper. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the estimator that came out. He was very confusing to talk to and didn't get it right the first time.
