The actual job of cutting down the three trees and the stump grinding was OK. The four squares of my driveway that were cracked was not OK. When I called the office to report what had happend I was told that someone would come out to take a look and get back to me. So far I have heard nothing. Very disappointing! Would have a hard time recommending Bailey in the future or ever using Bailey for future work. Was planning on relandscaping front and back yard...oh well!
Gentlemen: I'm sorry to say that there was a total lack of the ability to maintain some semblance of aesthetics in the pruning done at my house a few weeks ago. The photinea were simply lopped off with no interest in keeping the appearance pleasing. I asked that the crape myrtle be trimmed back so that it could still be enjoyed for a while longer but with enough pruning to allow for new growth. Mediocre pruning with very limited education on the trees, even though I asked many questions. The price was not justified and I will use a different company in the future.
You did not complete any work for us. We just got an estimate which was much higher thanks the other estimates we got.
