Many of you know how beautiful the trees were in the back yard of the duplex in Midtown, we have had many wonderful gatherings there. The actual job of cutting down the three trees and the stump grinding was OK. The four squares of my driveway that were cracked was not OK. When I called the office to report what had happend I was told that someone would come out to take a look and get back to me. So far I have heard nothing. Very disappointing! Would have a hard time recommending Bailey in the future or ever using Bailey for future work. Was planning on relandscaping front and back yard...oh well!
Gentlemen: I'm sorry to say that there was a total lack of the ability to maintain some semblance of aesthetics in the pruning done at my house a few weeks ago. The photinea were simply lopped off with no interest in keeping the appearance pleasing. I asked that the crape myrtle be trimmed back so that it could still be enjoyed for a while longer but with enough pruning to allow for new growth. Mediocre pruning with very limited education on the trees, even though I asked many questions. The price was not justified and I will use a different company in the future.
You did not complete any work for us. We just got an estimate which was much higher thanks the other estimates we got.
