Allen provided me the estimate. I was not confident that he was knowledgeable, since he didn't know what a Meyer lemon tree was (asked if it was grafted and wrote it down as orange/lemon tree) and spelled Crepe Myrtle as Crate Myrtlis. When I corrected him, said that was how he spelled it. Nonetheless, I wanted my trees pruned, so I hoped that the tree trimmers were more knowledgeable. I had a free load of wood chips delivered. It consisted of chunks of wood, some chips, branches, a lot of needles, and an infestation of pine bark beetles, obvious from the blue green moldy fungus covering the wood. The spores created cloudy fumes when the pile was disturbed. Since the bark was clearly covered with the blue fungus, the tree company should have informed me that the tree was diseased and was probably accompanied by pine bark beetles. Unfortunately my land lord used this company several times. Tools were stolen and damage was done to my vehicle. They told me I would have to sue them for them to take care of the damage. Avoid this terrible company at any cost. It will not be worth it

First of all; the crew was fantastic!!!!!!! On time, professional, very thorough. Jesus was great, asking me if what he did was ok with me, and if not, he would continue til I was satisfied. Now, I am very dissatisfied with Allen. 5 minutes after the crew came to size up the job, I was told that one of the trees root systems travel at ground level seeking water. One was heading for my pool and has started to raise my cement patio around the pool. If I wanted to save my[pool I would need to remove the tree and roots. Why ... read more

I have had good experience with your company. However, the price for this limited tree trimming was rather steep. All of the trimming was done by one employee using the gas powered trimmer with an extension.

Surprised to read the reviews, I didn't have a pleasant experience with the company and I will NEVER use them again. They called the day of my appointment and wanted to cancel because they were running behind, I should have agreed to that, maybe I would have had a better experience but I had already cancelled prior committments. I had 6 palms cut down. The tree trimmer told me he was done and I truly thought he was kidding. Allen, the sales rep. told me they would take the trees down to ground level. Bailey Tree Company completely destroyed my yard. I had beautiful the trees in the back yard of my duplex in Midtown, we have had many wonderful gatherings there. I hired Bailey Tree Company to trim the tree’s and shape them, the owner of the company came out and fell in love with the trees and wanted to know where I got them so he could put them on his property.
