Absolute worst bank I’ve ever used. Zero customer service except for management. Too many issues to list. Message me and I can give details.
I ask if they can release my money early due to hurricane Florence. All I got from the main office is I'm sorry. that did not help during this state of emergency. every other bank that I have called has early direct deposit. they make their money off of ours.
