Recently I made a banking era that had the Pisgah Church branch of Bank of Oak Ridge not caught I would have lost a substantial amount of money. The bank system noticed an unusual transaction, Christina (Pisgah Church branch) immediately notified me, stopped and corrected my mistake. The entire staff, particularly the Pisgah branch have been extremely helpful in closing my accounts, and reopening new ones. I highly recommend Bank of Oak Ridge, again thank the entire staff. ****
Back in 2020 at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic when the 1st PPP loan was announced I tried applying for both of my businesses through my regular commercial bank. I received no communication from them and knew that it was important to get this done quickly. Sean is so helpful and makes any banking problems so easy to resolve. He explains everything so clear and concise that even I could understand exactly what was going on.
