You could not ask for better customer service. The staff (Christina and Miriam) was so helpful in explaining the various accounts and assisting to set up my new account. They answered all questions in full detail. Such a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
An absolutely fantastic group that always provides exceptional service. I have worked with this team on commercial loans, business banking for multiple LLCs, and even an estate account. Each interaction has been excellent, and I highly recommend this team and bank (it's why I keep going back for each new activity!). Bank of Oak Ridge was recommended to me when I first moved back to North Carolina in 2011. I ended up switching over to a credit union after I financed a new car through them, but I definitely *would* bank with them again if the opportunity presented itself.
