This bank is not what it used to be after 15 years. Getting a refinancing loan was taking too long. More than 2 weeks of waiting. The accessibility to communication was sorely lacking. I emailed and never received a response timely. They don’t use zoom, texting or face to face for communication. Not very accommodating at all. I ended up going to someone else that was much more efficient and much more communicative in one day.

Been with BOOR for years....I am firing them today. Back in May I had to cash a large check and called to make an appointment as I was told to do by the bank. When I got there I had to bang on the front door and the lady was clueless to who I was and did not know I had an appointment. She was back and forth leaving me outside on the sidewalk as she was trying to figure out what was going on.
