The staff at this branch are friendly, helpful and so nice to work with. It’s a pleasure doing business here. Bradley was especially kind and helped my son with disabilities set up his bank account so respectively.
I have been banking with Bank of Oak Ridge since they were in a trailer in 2001. The reason is their personalized service. I have had accounts with the large, national banks and am not interested in moving from this bank. I now bank at the Pisgah Church location and find Tina and the staff to be friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It is good to know that this institution still values the customer, and has the skills to handle the occasional odd request with smiles.
I love this bank! The people who work here are so inviting and kind. They are always there to help me when I have a problem. Natalie, Jason, and Trisha are absolutely outstanding!
I didn't think banking could so personal! There was fraud on my checking account and the team at Bank of Oak Ridge would call me every day to make sure all future charges were legit. That level of customer service is unheard of in the age of algorithms, chat bots, and call trees. I love that I talk to a local, knowledgeable human each time I call!
