****** is extremely knowledgeable, patient & kind. I love going into see her and her smiley face. My mom has trouble walking sometimes and ****** has gone outside to get information needed on occasion. We dont feel like an account but more like friends.
The person I spoke with from Bank of Oak Ridge was just great. She talked me through what I needed to do on my phone to do what I wanted. She was very kind.
As always better service than expected. I was missing one statement and needed to see if there were any checks to a subcontractor. Sent me image of the check and the statement via email while we were on the phone. Stayed with me to make sure everything was right. You can’t ask for better than that.
Suzanne was knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. She was able to set up or new account quickly and explained all relevant details thoroughly.
We go to the New Garden and Summerfield branches frequently. Caroline, Sydney and Ty always make us feel welcome and go above and beyond. One of the few "local small town" branches left. We hope cooperate chains leave them alone and learn a thing or two about how to treat their customers. We love B.O.O.R!
Suzanne Was friendly, precise, and very helpful. I know she is a busy lady, but she gave us all the time we needed. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable in all that we ask.
The new garden branch is always a pleasure to visit. They always deck out in the latest holiday theme. I get greeted by everyone who’s not tied up with a customer every time I walk in the building. And I’d rather go in and have a quick conversation, then go to the drive-through.
