My teller handled my concerns with a friendly, professional manner. I immediately felt comfortable by the competent manner in which she helped me with my transaction. Can't express how helpful and friendly the staff is at Bank Of Oak Ridge on New Garden Rd. Been going there for 5 yrs and could not be happier. Everyone is so welcoming and call me by name. Always willing to help in any way they can. They all seem like such a family group. They get the job done all while making you feel like you are the most important customer they have. Phenomenal staff, stellar leadership & service. All locations have wonderful, helpful teams. However, the New Garden Branch feels like home! A wonderful group! Bank of Oakridge receives 10 stars!
