The unit was clean and in the process of being updated. The unit was recently purchased and was not completely furnished. It was was nothing major - just no lamps on night stands in the bedroom, one bedroom w/o a tv and the other with a very small tv. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing getaway!

This was a rental for older ladies, three of us for four nights.

Roach Condo The condo had cigarette smell The remote didn’t work and there were Roaches a lot of little ones in kitchen Bathroom had bigger ones and called owner no answer

Our condo needed a little bit of an update, old stained carpet, wear holes on arms of chairs, stained too bed covers that looked like they had never been washed, good view of Marina and enjoyed the balcony, front desk management and attendants were very friendly, if you stay make sure to display car tag due to employees checking for car display multiple times a day regardless of how full the parking lot may be. It is not like North Beach Plantation but still nicer than most
