We’ve eaten at almost every Restaurant in Leavenworth over the last 35 years! It seems to me that people that work there don’t really care if you are there or not! Too many tourist’s, I guess! We have better food and service in Wenatchee! Look at shops and drive 25 more miles for better food!
Wow I’ve been her for almost 15 minutes and no service yet but other guest that have just been seated already have water, drinks and their order taken. WTF. bye I’m going somewhere else, sad..
Both things I wanted were “out”, and they opened late. And how are you out of hot wine during the holidays on a weekday!?! For a $100+ lunch for 3 people, we should have walked out content with the meal. 👎🏻
The food was decent, but the service was laughable. After waiting more than the indicated wait time for our table, we were seated without silverware or napkins. The waitress only came to check on us 2 or 3 times, but would flit away before we could ask her for necessities (silverware, drinks, plates, napkins). Then, when she finally did bring the silverware, she dropped them onto the table, causing the silverware to be unsanitary. Waited a long time to be seated. Waited a long time for service. Never even acknowledged by the waitress. We got up and left. Will not go back.
The wait was ok 20 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for food. Drinks were the wrong size and when the waitress finally brought the right ones one of the drinks had a nasty something floating in it. The food was wrong. We had ordered the jager snitchezl and just got snitchezl. Plus they were out of several sides that we're supposed to come with our meals. The manager came out and tried to pass the blame. Food was ok. The Reuben sandwich wasn’t on rye but really thick cut sourdough I believe. Hardly any meat on it. Schnitzel was greasy and my daughters bun on her hamburger was like flat bread. I wish I’d just gone to Gustaves again.
Sorry dishes, hair in the food and rude rude service. Wasn't checked in on once
Awful! Bad food, burnt food, great waitress, took 1 1/2 hours just to get our food! Will not be back!
