Will never go back! Worst experience ever last night! :(
I have heard really good things about this restaurant, so my friends/family and I decided to get some "authentic" German food. We came in and were seated immediately, which was great.....and that's where it ends. We didn't have anyone come to our table for over 20 minutes, while there were customers being seated around us and getting their orders taken and food brought to them. My Ruben was soggy and tasteless. Then we get the bill and they add their own 18% gratuity our lunch cost us 86$ should of went to McDonald's ..overated �won't go here again.
Rode our motorcycles to Leavonworth. After the long ride and walking around in the hot weather we are not used to we were looking forward to a nice meal. The place was so hot it felt like an oven. The food not very good either. Was extremely dissapointed. I don't recommend anyone eating here. The service really eat that great either considering they were not very busy.
The Bären Haus is a must visit each year. The Schnitzel is authentic and fabulous; portions are generous and the service is always stupendous ��
Horrible service. The place wasnt even busy. Waitress refused to even acknowledge my wife. Wife got a steak, over half of it was fat, and what was edible, a good portion of that was raw. Not rare, not medium rare like we ordered...RAW. Walked around and talked to some locals the next day and came to find out that nobody enjoys that restraunt, the wait staff is always rude. Wish we would have known before going.
The food came out not as expected. When we talked to the server about it she said management knows and laughed. Not worth our 175.00 bill.
I can't even tell you about the food because we did not even get seated after a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. We have a party of 10 and was told (the first time) the wait is 1 hour for all our party to be seated together, unless we wanted 2 different tables. We had the hostess (with long blonde hair) put our name down for one table together. We left. Fast forward to 35 minutes later, we checked back in.
