I always love the pizza here and look forward to my trips here for it. But this time it was awful! Flat crust and not much cheese� it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our pizza. When it came out the pizza was burned and hardly any toppings on it. The price of a pitcher was a bit much and the receipt was confusing. Unfortunately the server she tried to explain away everything with no apologize or compensation. Super disappointed.
We stopped in for a quick beer and an appetizer. The food was good but the service was terrible! We didn't get asked one time if we needed anything or how it was. We had to stop the waitress to ask for dipping sauce and water refills. And then one of the appetizers didn't come out until after we got the bill! But they took it off of our bill. Disappointing service indeed.
Super unimpressed. The drink was vile and the eye roll from the staff when we asked for a menu was not the most pleasant.
Service was terrible. Had to seat ourselves, then when they noticed served others before us....no napkins screwed up order and long wait. Food was just okay not what we were looking for.

It used to be very "authentic" German food, however, due to management change the quality is not the same. Food is definitely microwaved, sometimes undercooked. My schnitzel arrived still raw and pink, but according to the chef it was from the cabbage juice- strange.... cabbage was nowhere near it. Unless they marinated the schnitzel in it. :/ also no more traditional Bavarian costumes for the staff... That was the big highlight of the restaurants' authenticity. We are on our honeymoon and its my husbands birthday, wanted to take him to have a nice meal. He ordered the French dip with fries the sandwich was good fries were cold. I ordered the rib eye, the first came out over cooked! I ordered a med-rare it came out med well they remade it and this time I was three different temps!! Part was med rare then another part was med to med well and the other end was rare to blue rare!!! How does that happen!! My veggies and German potato's were both under cooked!!
