They were ignoring us most of our 2.5 hrs there, had to look for the waitress for mostly everything we needed. We wished we went somewhere else since we were out of town and our anniversary, taking into account that there were so many other better places all around
We were sat right away and served water but weren’t acknowledged at all for at least 10-12 minutes. We were tempted to go somewhere else because we were hungry! We were celebrating our anniversary, It didn’t feel like it mattered to them. Staff was fine, weren’t really personable. We felt like they just wanted the table. A few things not available on the menu, ordered, waiter came back that other things we ordered were not available. Service was slow.
Poor service but good food. Mistakes made with our order (appetizers brought with main meal) and also felt rushed out of restaurant after less than an hour.
Prepare to feel like you’re an annoyance to them if you schedule a 7:45 pm reservation. Hard to imagine why they allow 7:45 pm reservations if their bar and kitchen closes at 8 pm.
Just not very good especially for the price. I would just head to Panda Express and save a few hundred bucks.
The food was tasteless, though, the service was good, so was the ambience
Chili chicken wings were premade and tasted old. Kung pao chicken was okay. Black pepper “wagyu” was tasteless. For the price, the food was very disappointing. Otherwise it’s okay. Server was nice though.
The food value versus the price is terrible. It does not worthy the pay.
